A dear friend here in Paris hosted me a welcome dinner last night… with some divine fish, of course!
A kind I have never had before, but her preparation left me with the feeling of eating delicately perfumed divinity.
It was incredible, really delightful!

Had a spontaneous adventure today to the Crystal River to visit the Three Sisters Springs with my scuba dive instructor. It is the off season for manatee, but he was once a guide on these rivers and so we were blessed to find a few along the way, including a mama and baby. Thanks to Derek for the reflections of our journey!
