Lighthouse Love
Lighthouse love. They simply enchant me. I believe a lighthouse would be the perfect home for a mermaid on land. One must dream!
Last stop here at The Manistee North Pierhead Lighthouse before I return to the waters, and swim onward to the next journey.

Old Presque Isle Light
Warming in the setting sun before I return to tour a bit more of the coast of the Great Lakes.
The Old Presque Isle Lighthouse upon Lake Michigan. It is a lovely hike to her from the port, or if you have a fin swim right up from the shoreline.

Love Rock Found
Found a love rock here in Michigan at the Grand Traverse Lighthouse Museum. I am going to take it back to Europe, and leave it some place interesting, for the next person to find and carry around the world. Wearing my new leggings from The Mertailor!
Charlevoix Lighthouse
Making friends everywhere I go. This little one was quite curious. Maybe I was the biggest fish she had ever seen… maybe she just wanted pictures taken too… one can only wonder.
Enjoying the Great Lakes even if it was a bit cold this day… nothing can keep a mermaid out of the water!

Sleeping Bear Point Maritime Museum
It has been fascinating to come ashore and learn stories of the ships that have sailed and sunk on the coasts of Michigan. Thanks to places like this, many souls were rescued when storms arose. The cold fresh waters of the Great Lakes have hidden, and preserved, these lost treasures throughout time for us to dive in and discover.

What a delight it is to be featured by FinFun Mermaid! This was my first time trying one of their tails and I must say, I am in love! I think soon I will need one of my own. First Lighthouse Climb
Climbed my first lighthouse… and so did Lili too! Something to check off the bucket list! Shall be the start of many I do believe. There are over 100 here just on the coasts of Michigan!
