Lili and I had a wild day at the Alexander Springs in Florida.
We actually got caught in a sudden storm that knocked a tree down right into my parking space.
Luckily I was able to move it in time and continue on with our day playing in the waters.
Due to the storm the spring was nearly empty, but made for a wonderful moment among friends.
Here are just a few reflections from my dear friend Lori, from our paddle boarding adventure with Lili.
I managed to get a few pictures of the tree that nearly crushed my roaming home as the park rangers were clearing it… One of the main limbs had already been removed by the time I got my camera. You can see it would have indeed crushed my van. Grateful I was spared just the time needed to run like the wind and get my keys to move it just in time!
A video from the day is coming soon, so be sure to follow us on YouTube for more!
